Our cherished sanctuary has suffered a grave tragedy. A violent storm, with tornado like winds, tore through our grounds, leaving a path of destruction in its wake. The proud sign that marked our sanctuary now lies torn among the debris of trees.

The devastation is immense. Towering trees, ripped from their roots, crashed down on our buildings, skywalks, and the serene outdoor spaces where our cats once played. The electrical pole that powered our sanctuary is now split in half, leaving us without electricity and surrounded by hazardous wires. The memorial garden planted in honor of the wonderful cats we've loved and lost was ravaged, its beautiful flowers now scattered and broken.

During the storm, the caretakers faced the winds, falling trees, and debris to ensure the safety of the cats. Thankfully, all of our residents are safe, though deeply shaken. The sanctuary they knew, their safe haven, has been broken.
